Returns

We understand sometimes there may be varied reasons for returning an item, thats why we exercise a 30 day returns policy for your peace of mind.

* Please note used training equipment can not bet returned due to health & safety.

  1. Please pop us a little message to email address contact@valourstrike.com  Please include your order number, name and reason for return.
  2. Within 24hrs a Customer Care Team member will process the return application. If the return request is approved you will be emailed a return receipt along with the any further information required. If for any reason the return request can not be processed a customer care representative will be in contact within 24 hours.
  3. We must be in receipt of approved returns within 14 days, any returns outside of this period will not be processed. *Please note: Return postage is at the buyers expense.
  4. Securely package the items being returned, placing the return form inside of the package. The address should be clearly displayed on the front of the packaging.
  5. Upon receiving the return we will issue any refunds where required provided they comply with our returns policy.
  • Returned items for increase/decrease in size: A replacement product will be dispatched within 24hrs.
  • Returned for refund: Please allow 7-10 days for funds to display in your account.
  • Defective returns: Will be handled on an individual basis by an allocated customer care team member, please include and image with your email.
